Terrace in Guaynabo

Terrace Guaynabo was developed as a conceptual design proposal aimed at reimagining the potential of outdoor living spaces within a residential setting. The project explores how architecture can extend beyond the interior of the home, creating environments that encourage relaxation, social interaction, and a stronger connection with the surrounding landscape. The design emphasizes openness, comfort, and versatility while responding to the tropical climate of Puerto Rico.

Through the use of clean architectural forms, carefully defined gathering areas, and an integrated relationship between built and natural elements, the concept seeks to elevate the everyday outdoor experience. The proposal serves as an exploration of how thoughtful design can transform underutilized spaces into meaningful destinations that enhance both the functionality and enjoyment of the home.
