Residence in Guaynabo was conceived as a comprehensive renovation of an existing end-unit residence within a row-house development. The project focused on redefining the home's architectural identity through a redesigned façade that introduced a more contemporary and cohesive appearance while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood. The intervention sought to elevate the visual presence of the residence and create a renewed sense of character and curb appeal.

Inside, the renovation centered on upgrading the kitchen and primary living areas to better accommodate the needs of modern family life. The redesigned spaces emphasize functionality, comfort, and a more open relationship between daily living activities, creating an environment that feels both refreshed and welcoming.
